STAFF PICNIC & CHRISTMAS PARTY

The entire staff of Don Bosco Embu who numbered 66 went for the annual picnic of the year and for the Christ-mas party on Friday, 1st December 2023 to Magomoni Catholic parish run by the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (C.M.I.). Frs. James Njoroge, Godfrey Malietso, and Babu Augustine together with Bro. Didakus accompanied the staff. Fr. Bidan could not join as he had an examination on that day. The journey began exactly at 7 am as planned and on arrival at Mogomoni, Fr. Jose, the Parish Priest welcomed us well and offered the entire facilities for our use. After the Holy Eucharist, we had games in which everyone took part actively and fought for points. We also had a sumptuous meal fitting to the occasion prepared by the food committee under the leadership of Fr. Maletso. The Faithful of the parish did the cooking for us. We are very grateful to Fr. Jose for his generosity. We also had a Christmas gift from Santa Claus (Fr. Babu) and secret friends. This is the first picnic after the Corona period.
